There are two kinds of roofing warranties homeowners and business owners need to be aware of:

Materials Warranty – These warranties are not actually offered by the roofing contractor, though we can educate you on the different durations and types. The materials warranties are offered by the manufacturer of the product you select and are typically guaranteed for anywhere from 25 years to a lifetime. The duration of the warranty depends on the grade of shingle you select. Craftsmanship alone cannot produce a successful project. We are committed to using only materials that have stood the test of time.
